Ediciones Coyoacan

Founded in March 1993 by Ernesto Guadalupe Pérez Sánchez, the journal is located at 47 Hidalgo Avenue, 2nd floor, in the El Carmen neighborhood, Coyoacán, Zip Code 04100, Mexico City. Its name (Coyoacán) comes from a triple etymology: COYOTL (Coyote); HUA (tenancy or possession); CAN (place): "place of coyotes."

It currently consists of four collections: "Imaginary Kingdom," focusing on poetry, theater, novels, and short stories; "Open Dialogue," aimed at disseminating all types of essays on a wide variety of topics; "Philosophy and Contemporary Culture," a collection edited by Ana Galán, Julián Meza, and Alberto Sauret, aimed at publishing the best philosophical and cultural thought; and "Law and Society," edited by Óscar Correas, dedicated to political and legal thought. To date, it has 300 titles published in its four collections.
