Philosophical Approaches to the Study of Education serves as a pedagogical guide for teachers dedicated to teaching the subject, or as a guide for self-directed learning for students interested in philosophical reflection on education. Its purpose is to promote the philosophical analysis of the theoretical and conceptual foundations necessary for the training and professional practice of educators.
The book consists of four sections that present a general overview of the philosophy of education:
