Weather exists as a measurable atmosphere, as a lived environment, and as chronological time in which we experience humidity, pressure, temperature, and much more. It exists through maps, media, and simulations; it connects us to the world and to each other, but it also makes us look at the different prevailing climates, which are both atmospheric and political.
