Bartlebooth

Bartlebooth is a publishing and research platform focused on critical spatial practices, artistic practices, and thought. Founded in 2013 and directed by Antonio Giráldez López and Pablo Ibáñez Ferrera, we develop publications and other projects (research, mediation, exhibitions, and curatorial) centered around spatial practice and its intersections with other issues. We work from Lugo and A Coruña.

The project has received awards at the Ibero-American Architecture and Urbanism Biennial (BIAU) (2019, 2022), at the Research Exhibition of the XIV Spanish Architecture and Urbanism Biennial (2018), and at the Arquia/Próxima Forum for Relevant Practices (2018), where it received the Arquia/Innova Award.
