Timothy Morton

Timothy Morton (London, 1968) is a British philosopher and cultural theorist, a professor at Rice University, known for his concepts of "hyperobjects" and "dark ecology," which challenge the traditional anthropocentric view and explore the interconnectedness between humans and non-humans in the ecological crisis. He is a key figure in Object-Oriented Ontology (OOO). He has collaborated with artists such as Björk and Olafur Eliasson, and is a prolific author of works translated into Spanish, such as *El pensamiento ecológico* (Ecological Thought) and *Ecología oscura* (Dark Ecology), advocating for a new ethic and creativity in the face of planetary challenges.
