
This book is meant by South epistemology search of knowledge and knowledge validity criteria that give visibility and cognitive practices credibilicen classes, peoples and those who have been historically victimized social groups, exploited and oppressed by colonialism and global capitalism. The South is therefore used here as a metaphor of human suffering systematically caused by colonialism and capitalism.
