Is feminism really the most successful social movement of the 20th century? To think this question, indigenous women and people of African descent in the region have put points on the íes of the issue, starting with making it clear that there is no feminism, because there is not a single world. Hand in hand with them, in recent decades feminist discourse has introduced very rich debates about the urgency of thinking about our emancipation as women, but in a decolonial key, embracing a strategic essentialism. This book is dedicated to the analysis of the senses of the rights of indigenous and Afro-descendant women in the contemporary debate. The volume addresses the different views with which they challenge the discourse of modern law and the way in which it interprets and reformulates their demands. The resistance struggles of indigenous and Afro-descendant women have a fundamental force, because they interrogate from another perspective the predatory colonial discourse. His contributions to the understanding of our present invite us to build a world that puts at the center of social reproduction, not the dictatorship of value, but the reproduction of life.
