Santiago Venturini

Santiago Venturini was born in a town called Esperanza and grew up in an alpine-style house in a neighborhood surrounded by mountains. At 18, he moved to Santa Fe, where he relocated four times. He studied Literature. He works as a professor and researcher. He has translated and published works by Philippe Jaccottet, Jules Supervielle, Pierre Reverdy, and Philip Larkin in journals. In 2007, he won the Gloria Foundation's 8th Young Poets Prize.
