Mariflor Aguilar Rivero

Mariflor Aguillar Rivero holds a bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree in Philosophy from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico). She is a full-time Professor C in the Philosophy Department of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters and a member of the National System of Researchers, Level III. Her main lines of research are Philosophy of the Social Sciences, Critical Theory of Subjectivity, and Philosophy of Culture, although she has focused her work on the theory of the subject and the construction of subjectivity from different perspectives: post-structuralism, hermeneutics, the theory of communicative action, and, more recently, the subjective effects of territorial dispossession.
