María del Mar Ramón (Bogotá, 1992) is the author of the novel "La manada" (Planeta, 2021) and the essay collection "Coger y comer sin culpa" (Coger y comer sin culpa, 2019). She is a columnist for Vice and writes for various Latin American media outlets. Her short story "El deseo es una cicatriz" (Desire is a Scar) was included in the anthology "Bodies" (Seix Barral, 2019). She currently works in radio and audiovisual content development. She has lived in Buenos Aires since 2012.
