Antonio Gómez Villar is a professor of Philosophy at the University of Barcelona (UB) and the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). He coordinated the research project "Working Dead: Scenarios of Post-Work" at La Virreina. Centre de la Imatge, along with María Ruido and Marta Echaves. His main lines of research concern the ways in which the conceptual field of class recomposition has been redefined in light of the transformation of subjectivities and new cultural and political relations; and the analysis of repertoires of collective action from an antagonistic perspective.
