The National Fund for Culture and the Arts (Fonca, by its acronym) is a Mexican public organization that is part of the Ministry of Culture whose purpose is to support quality artistic and cultural creation and production; promote and disseminate culture; increase the cultural heritage; and preserve and conserve the nation's cultural heritage.
