Silvia Español, PhD in psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid, has worked for several years as a teacher and researcher at the University of Buenos Aires; Currently, she is a professor at the Faculty of Psychology at the Autonomous University of Madrid. Her research in the area of developmental psychology has focused on various aspects of the evolution of children's communication and symbolic capacity.
