Paul Yankelevich. Doctor in Latin American Studies from UNAM. Full member of the Mexican Academy of History and Regular Member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences. Member of the National System of Researchers, level III

His fields of specialization are the historical politics of contemporary Latin America, the history of the Mexican Revolution, the history of exiles and political refuges in Latin America, and the history of migration in Mexico. He is director of the Minimal Stories Collection of El Colegio de México.

He has been visiting professor at universities in Latin America, the United States of America and Europe. Some of his research has received awards and recognition.
