Jorge Enrique Adoum (Ambato, June 29, 1926 - Quito, July 3, 2009) was a writer, politician and diplomat Ecuador. Son of also the writer of occult and esoteric topics Jorge Adoum (Mago Head), born in Lebanon and emigrated to Latin America. Among his greatest and best known hits is the novel Between Marx and a Naked Woman, published in 1976. This novel was filmed in 1996 by the Ecuadorian director Camilo Luzuriaga. His work has always tried social issues and she was nominated for the Cervantes Prize.
