As a journalist, he was a reporter and columnist for the Público-Milenio newspaper in Guadalajara. He is currently co-editor of Magis magazine and works as a freelance journalist. He has collaborated in the newspaper El Economista. His stories have appeared in Replicante, Luvina, Reverso and Metropolis magazines.
