Amir Aczel is a professor at Bentley College (Massachusetts, United States) and author of several popular science books, including Entrelazamientos, the greatest mystery of physics and Fermat's Last Theorem. He has also taught mathematics at universities in California, Alaska, Italy and Greece. In 2004 he was appointed a member of the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation and a visiting professor of the History of Science at Harvard University.
